生物电刺激对皮肤创伤修复的调控

摘要 正常的皮肤表面存在10~60 mV的跨上皮电势。当皮肤组织被破坏时,损伤部位的电势会降低,多种具有方向性的离子流动会形成指向伤口中心的内源性电场。大量实验数据表明,内源性电场可以刺激伤口周围细胞的定向迁移,增殖和分化,是驱动皮肤创伤愈合的关键信号。在慢性伤口中,内源性电场的强度降低,皮肤的再生功能损伤,而具有特定强度和方向的外源性电刺激可以模拟内源性电场的作用,有效地促进伤口的愈合,是慢性和非愈合伤口治疗的独有的物理选择。 Transepithelial potential in healthy skin ranges from 10-60 mV.Skin tissue damage causes a drop in potential at the injured site as well as the formation of an endogenous electric field that is oriented toward the center of wound.A large number of experimental results show that endogenous electric field could stimulate the directional migration,proliferation and differentiation of cells around the wound,which is a key signal promoting skin wound healing.Chronic wounds result in diminished endogenous electric field strength and impaired skin healing capacity.Exogenous electrical stimulation with specific strength and direction can simulate the effect of endogenous electric field and effectively promote wound healing,which is a unique physical choice for the treatment of chronic and non-healing wounds.
