家庭光疗在皮肤科的应用及发展趋势

Application and Development of Homephototherapy in Dermatology

光疗是多种慢性皮肤病治疗的基础疗法之一,近年来,随着治疗设备的不断优化,家庭光疗在临床上得以逐步推广。相较于医院光疗,因患者依从性更好,且疗效相近,家庭光疗得到了医生和患者的普遍认可。本文对窄谱中波紫外线、长波紫外线1、可见光以及红外线等不同波段光谱的家庭光疗在皮肤科的临床应用现状进行了总结,并就家庭光疗未来的发展趋势以及目前亟待解决的问题进行了展望和探讨。

Phototherapy is one of the basictherapy in treating various chronic skin diseases.In recent years,with the continuous optimization of light therapy devices,home phototherapy has been gradually promoted clinically.Compared with hospital phototherapy,home phototherapy has been widely recognized by physicians and patients due to its better patient compliance and similar efficacy.This review summarizes the current dermatology clinical application status of home phototherapy with narrow-band ultraviolet light,long-wave ultraviolet light 1,visible light,and infrared light spectrum in different wavelength,looks forward to the future development trend of home phototherapy,and also discusses the problems that need to be solved urgently.
