With the continuous development of thermal imaging technology,its non-invasive,inexpensive imaging methods,and ease of execution advantages continue to be used for early diagnosis of many diseases.This paper analyzes the clinical application and research status of infrared thermography from the principles of thermal imaging technology,the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in medicine,and the application of thermal imaging technology in dermatology.It hopes to provide reference for the early diagnosis,efficacy evaluation and application research of a variety of diseases,so as to promote the application and development of medical thermography in clinical skin diseases.
