低温等离子体设备治疗皮肤创面临床研究

摘要 目的评价低温等离子体治疗仪治疗常见皮肤创面,促进不同类型皮肤创面愈合的有效性及安全性,为皮肤创面提供创新型疗法。方法采用真实世界研究,实验组采用低温等离子体治疗仪进行治疗,对照组为发病诱因与实验组类似的患者,采用常规治疗方案进行治疗,分析和比较两组疗效和安全性。结果实验组的治疗时间较对照组的治疗时间明显缩短(14.75±10.88)d vs.(21.23±10.39)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);创面转归方面,实验组较对照组有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应出现,提示低温等离子体治疗皮肤创面具有良好的安全性。结论低温等离子体治疗皮肤创面较常规治疗可以明显缩短创面的治疗时间,缩短疾病过程,与常规局部换药等传统手段比较,等离子体治疗取得相对较好的转归,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cold atmospheric plasma(CAP) treatment instrument in treating common skin wounds and promoting the healing of different types of skin wounds,and to provide innovative treatment method for skin wounds.Methods A real world study was conducted.The experimental group was treated with CAP therapy apparatus,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment methods for patients with similar pathogenesis.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The treatment time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(14.75±10.88) d vs.(21.23±10.39) d,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In terms of outcome,the experimental group had a significant advantage over the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups,suggesting that CAP treatment for skin wounds with a good safety.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment methods,CAP treatment can significantly shorten the treatment time of skin wounds and shorten the disease process.Compared with traditional methods such as conventional local dressing change,CAP treatment has achieved relatively good outcomes and is worthy of clinical application.
