银屑病与糖尿病共病的中医药防治方法探析

Study on Prevention and Treatment Methods of Psoriasis and Diabetes Comorbidities with Traditional Chinese Medicine

银屑病和糖尿病均为慢性、难愈性疾病,二者共病存在着炎症反应、胰岛素抵抗、脂肪因子作用等多重共同病理基础。中医药的整体辨证能调动多系统之间协同作用,对病机复杂的银屑病与糖尿病共病具有一定优势。本文基于现代病理机制与中医学内涵关联,提出了清热解毒祛湿、益气养阴及活血化痰法为其主要治法,以期丰富共病同治理论内涵,为临床共病中医药防治提供新思路。

Both psoriasis and diabetes are chronic,intractable diseases with multiple common pathological bases such as inflammatory response,insulin resistance,and adipokine action.The holistic syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can mobilize the synergistic action between multiple systems which has certain advantages for psoriasis and diabetes comorbidities with complex disease mechanisms.Based on the correlation between modern pathological mechanism and TCM connotation,this article proposes the methods of clearing heat,detoxifying and dispelling dampness,nourishing qi and yin,promoting blood circulation and eliminating phlegm as the main treatment methods to enrich the theoretical connotation of cotreatment and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinical comorbidities with TCM.
