摘要
Favre-Racouchot综合征是一种少见的职业相关的良性皮肤病。皮损以粉刺、囊肿和结节为特征,伴有光化性损伤的临床症状和日光弹力纤维变性的组织学证据。该病可能与长期暴晒、重度吸烟或电离辐射等相关。现报道1例74岁Favre-Racouchot综合征男性患者。
Favre-Racouchot syndrome is a rare benign skin disease related to occupation.The lesions are characterized by the presence of nodules,cysts,and comedones,with clinical signs of actinic-related damage and histologic evidence of solar elastosis.The disease may be associated with long-term sun exposure,heavy smoking,or ionizing radiation.A 74-year-old male patient with Favre-Racouchot syndrome is reported.
