唑啉草酯原药杂质全组分分析

摘要 采用液质联用仪和气质联用仪分别对唑啉草酯原药进行了全组分分析,明确含量大于0.1%的有机杂质的结构。结果表明:唑啉草酯原药杂质为甲苯、杂质316和杂质479,而相关杂质甲苯的检出限为0.0032%。提供了一种唑啉草酯原药全组分分析方法,并对该产品的合成优化具有一定的参考价值。 The total analysis of Pinoxaden was conducted by liquid mass spectrometry and gas chromatography to clarify the structure and content of organic impurities with a greater mass fraction of 0.1%,respectively.The results showed that the impurities of Pinoxaden were including toluene,impurity 316 and impurity 479,while the lowest detected mass concentration of the related impurities to toluene was of 0.003 2%.A full component analysis of Pinoxaden TC was provided and it has an important reference for the synthetic optimization of the product.
