家用空调系统管路应变分析及优化

Simulation and optimization on the strain of the household air conditioning system pipeline

摘要 针对家用空调系统管路应变超标等问题,对原系统进行模态和基于模态叠加法的谐响应仿真分析,并与测试值进行了对比研究,固频和应变仿真值与测试值分别相差小于2 Hz和3με,误差小于2.99%和2.37%;分析了管路应变超标的两种可能原因,提出了两种改进方案,并分别对改进方案进行对比分析。结果表明,针对应变最大位置和共振频率,通过改变管路走向和布局,应变最大降低了89με,降幅达到81.7%,效果显著;对空调管路自身进行动态特性研究,并在设计阶段预测和降低管路应变,对提高管路寿命和可靠性具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of excessive pipeline strain in the household air conditioning system,the simulation analysis of modal and harmonic response based on modal superposition method was carried out on the original system,and the results were compared with the test values.The difference between the simulation value of frequency and strain and the test value were less than 2 Hz and 3μεrespectively,and the error was less than 2.99%and 2.37%,respectively.Two possible causes of excessive pipeline strain were analyzed,and two improvement schemes were put forward and compared respectively.The results show that for the maximum strain position and resonance frequency,by changing the direction and layout of the pipeline,the maximum strain is reduced by 89με.The decrease reaches 81.7%,achieving good results;Studying the dynamic characteristics of the air conditioning pipeline itself and predicting and reducing pipeline strain during the design phase is of great significance for improving pipeline life and reliability.
