Optimization of forward-swept axial-flow fan blades for air conditioning

摘要 为研究低压轴流风叶弯掠形式的气动性能优化方法,首先将风叶叶片切分为不同径向截面,调整叶片各径向截面角度,形成不同弯掠形式的优化叶片,然后基于CFD技术对优化叶片进行流场研究,并应用FW-H模型开展气动噪声分析,最后结合空调室外机进行风叶性能试验验证。结果表明:优化风叶全压效率提升3.6%,泄漏涡得到有效抑制,结合实测数据,1 800 m^(3)/h的基准风量下优化风叶效率提升约4.5%,噪声降低1.8 dB(A),趋势与仿真结果基本相同。研究结果可为低压轴流风叶增效和降噪提供技术参考。 In order to study the optimization method of aerodynamic performance of the forward skewed-swept axial-flow fan blades,firstly,the axial-flow fan blades were divided into different radial sections,and the angle of radial section was adjusted to form optimized blades,then the flow field of the optimized blades were studied based on CFD technology.And the FW-H model was used to analyze the aerodynamic noise.Finally,the performance of the optimized fan blades was tested and verified in combination with the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.The simulation results show that the total pressure efficiency of the optimized fan blades is increased by 3.6%,the leakage vortex is effectively suppressed.In combination with measured data,the efficiency of the optimized blades at the reference volume flow of 1800 m^(3)/h is increased by 4.5%,and the noise is reduced by 1.8 dB(A).The trend is basically the same as that of the simulation results.The research results can provide a technical reference for efficiency enhancement and noise reduction of low pressure axial-flow fan blades.
