摘要
针对分级旋流器和水介质旋流器存在的溢流跑粗、入料浓度低的问题,研制了一种可实现分级分选一体化的旋流器。通过禾草沟二号煤矿选煤厂、禾草沟煤业有限公司选煤厂工业性试验结果表明,分级分选一体化旋流器能够提高2个选煤厂的煤泥分级精度,强化粗煤泥分选作用。
In order to solve the problems of coarse overflow and low feed concentration of traditional hydrocyclone,a kind of integrated hydrocyclone which can realize classification and separation was developed.The industrial test results of Hecaogou No.2 Coal preparation plant and Hecaogou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.show that the integrated hydrocyclone can improve the accuracy of coal slime water classification and strengthen the separation of coarse coal slime in two coal preparation plants.
