摘要
车集煤矿随着开采时间增长,原煤煤质变差,大于50 mm块原煤含矸率大幅升高,占比近14.76%,而人工拣矸效率低、劳动强度大,块原煤排矸成为当前亟需解决的难题。介绍了TDS射线智能干选机工作原理、特点及适用范围,从技术及经济效益方面研究了原煤中大于50 mm块原煤预排矸方案,并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,采用大于50 mm块原煤TDS预排矸系统,排矸率平均达到了98.21%,排矸效果良好,具有较好的经济和社会效益,可取代繁重的人工拣矸工艺。
It is explained that with the increase of mining time in Cheji Coal Mine,the quality of raw coal deteriorates,and the gangue content of raw coal blocks larger than 50mm significantly increases,accounting for nearly 14.76%.However,the efficiency of manual gangue picking is low and the labor intensity is high,and the gangue removal of raw coal blocks has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This article introduces the working principle,characteristics,and application range of TDS ray intelligent dry separation machine,and studies the pre discharge scheme of raw coal blocks larger than 50mm in raw coal from the aspects of technical and economic benefits.Industrial experiments have been conducted.The experimental results show that using TDS pre discharge system for raw coal with a size greater than 50mm,the average discharge rate reaches 98.21%,and the discharge effect is good.It has good economic and social benefits and can replace the heavy manual sorting process.
