摘要
煤炭是我国的能源主体,起到“稳定器”和“压舱石”的关键作用。煤炭品质是企业占领市场的核心竞争力,煤炭品质检测工作的有效开展成为企业关注的重中之重,其中技术风险伴随着检测的各技术环节,直接影响品质检测结果的精准性,但检测过程中的技术风险无法完全避免,需要采取科学的应对措施尽可能降低风险,将检测误差控制在合理的范围内,从而提高煤炭品质检测质量的可靠性和安全性。围绕煤炭品质检测涵盖的各环节,对存在的技术风险进行了分析,深入探讨了应对措施,为煤炭企业提升煤炭检测质量、把控检测风险、提高煤质管控水平提供技术支撑。
Coal is the main energy source in China,playing a key role as a stabilizer and ballast.Coal quality is the core competitiveness of enterprises in occupying the market,and the effective implementation of coal quality testing has become a top priority for enterprises.Technical risks accompany various technical aspects of testing,directly affecting the accuracy of quality testing results.However,technical risks during the testing process cannot be completely avoided,and scientific measures need to be taken to minimize risks and control testing errors within a reasonable range,Thus,improving the reliability and safety of coal quality testing.This article analyzes the technical risks involved in various aspects of coal quality testing,and deeply explores countermeasures to provide technical support for coal enterprises to improve coal testing quality,control testing risks,and improve coal quality control level.
