摘要
潞安煤挥发分低、硫分低,是制备型煤替代民用散煤的较好原料。研究分析了外加水分及洗选矸石含量对潞安煤制备型煤强度的影响。结果表明:潞安煤本身水分含量低,外加水分对型煤强度至关重要;潞安煤型煤适宜的成型水分为11%~12%;外加水分主要通过表面张力发挥作用,并与使用的黏结剂相适应;添加洗选矸石用于制备型煤是煤矿废弃物资源化利用的有效途径之一,但是矿物的种类和成分对成形性有重要影响。对于潞安煤来讲,洗选矸石灰成分以SiO2和Al2O3为主,与无机型煤黏结剂的成分相近,在成型过程中能够起到黏结剂的作用,添加5%的矿物质可起到最佳的成型效果。
It is an alternative material of Lu’an coal,which is low in volatile yield and sulfur content,to substitute loose coal.The influences of added water and gangue on the briquetting of Lu’an coal were conducted in an experimental way.The results have shown that it is crucial to add water in briquetting,as low moisture content had been found in Lu’an coal.The appropriate water added for briquetting is about 11%~12%.The added water come into effect through surface tension,which is in accordance with the binders used.The mineral type and elements of gangue have played an important role in briquetting.The main constitute of washed gangue in Lu’an coal is SiO 2 and Al 2O 3,which is similar to the inorganic binders.So the gangue can act as binders in briquetting,and the best amount for briquetting is 5%.
