摘要 教师培训需求是科学设计教师培训、提升教师教育质量的重要依据。通过中国知网(CNKI)检索相关文献,做可视化分析,对2002年以来中国知网有关教师培训需求的文献进行分析与梳理,回顾我国教师培训需求研究的发展历程,对深入推进新时代教师培训的理论研究和实践探索都具有重要的意义。我国教师培训需求的相关研究经历了初步探索阶段(2002—2009年)、全面实践阶段(2010—2019年)和深化转型阶段(2020年至今),研究的主题主要涉及教师培训需求的内涵特征、分析方法、内容要素以及影响因素等方面。为适应新时代的发展,教师培训需求研究在转型过程中应注重4个方面:通过视角转换形成以教育为核心、本土发展为基础的内生学术话语;对研究对象进行科学分层以实现教师培训活动中“教”与“学”的精准匹配;不断探索创新研究方法,促进主观需求与客观需求相互配合,以达到由表及里深入渗透、捕捉教师真实需求、提升教师培训效果的研究目的;关注教师需求,引导需求、满足需求,进一步促进理论研究与实践探索的良性互动,推动新时代教师队伍建设。 Teacher training needs are thecrucial basis for the scientific design of teacher training programs and enhancing the quality of teacher education.Through the retrieval of the research on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)platform and visual analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes literature related to teacher training needs on CNKI since 2002.It reviews the development of research on teacher training needs in China,emphasizing its significance for advancing theoretical research and practical exploration in teacher training in the new era.Research on teacher training needs in China has gone through three stages:initial exploration(2002—2009),comprehensive practice(2010—2019),and deep transformation(2020 to the present).The research themes mainly include the characteristics of teacher training needs,methods of analysis,content elements,and influencing factors.To adapt to the development of the new era,research on teacher training needs should focus on four aspects during the transformation process:shifting perspectives to form an endogenous academic discourse with education at its core and based on local development,scientifically stratifying research subjects to achieve precise matching of“teaching”and“learning”in teacher training activities,continuously exploring innovative research methods to promote the coordination of subjective and objective needs,with the aim of deeply penetrating from the surface,capturing the real needs of teachers,improving the effectiveness of teacher training research,paying attention to teacher demands,guiding and meeting these demands,further promoting the positive interaction between theoretical research and practical exploration,and advancing the construction of the teacher workforce in the new era.
