医护人员导管相关静脉血栓认知情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Cognition of Medical Staff on Catheter-related Venous Thrombosis

目的了解医护人员对导管相关静脉血栓的认知情况,为完善院内静脉血栓防控体系提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对我院相关科室医护人员进行现场调查。结果有效回收问卷195份(87.4%),医护人员对导管相关静脉血栓认知水平较低,正确率仅45.0%;结果显示,不同工作年限、学历、职称、工作类别、接触频率的医护人员导管相关血栓认知得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医护人员对导管相关静脉血栓的认知水平偏低,建议管理部门及相关科室应重视导管相关静脉血栓的培训和指导。

Objective To understand the knowledge of medical staff on catheter-related venous thrombosis,and provide a reference for improving the hospital venous thrombosis prevention and control system.Methods Investigated the cognition of hospital medical staff by self-designed questionnaire.Results Medical staff had a low level of knowledge about catheter-related venous thrombosis,the accuracy rate was only 45.0%,and there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of catheter-related venous thrombosis among medical staff with different length of service,education,titles,fields,and contact frequency(P>0.05).Conclusion Medical staff's awareness of catheter-related venous thrombosis is low.It is recommended that management departments and relevant departments should pay attention to the training and guidance of catheter-related venous thrombosis.
