磺酸型中空多孔碳微球基固体酸催化煎炸废油的酯交换反应

Transesterification of frying waste oil catalyzed by solid acids based on sulfonic acid hollow porous carbon microspheres

摘要 以中空多孔碳微球(HPCMs)为载体,依次经过酰胺化、H_(2)O_(2)氧化和氯磺酸磺化后制得磺酸型中空多孔碳微球基固体酸(SHPCMs)催化剂,借助SEM、TEM、氮气物理吸脱附、XPS、TG和boehm滴定法等对催化剂的理化性质进行了表征.结果表明,该催化剂具有中空多孔结构,表面成功接枝磺酸基团,表面酸量为13.0 mmol/g,比表面积为11.5 m^(2)/g,平均孔径为4.39 nm,在酯交换反应中表现出良好的催化性能,在最佳反应条件下(反应温度120℃、反应时间7 h、醇油物质的量之比16∶1),脂肪酸甲酯的产率为98.60%. Hollow porous carbon microsphere-based solid acids(SHPCMs)catalysts were prepared by amidation reaction,H_(2)O_(2) oxidation and chlorosulfonic acid sulfonation using hollow porous carbon microspheres(HPCMs)as the carrier,and the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by SEM,TEM,nitrogen physical adsorption,XPS,TG and boehm titration.The results show that the catalyst has a hollow porous structure,successfully grafts sulfonic acid groups on the surface,the surface acid content is 13.0 mmol/g,the specific surface area is 11.5 m^(2)/g,and the average pore size is 4.39 nm,which shows good catalytic performance in the transesterification reaction.And under the best reaction conditions(reaction temperature 120℃,reaction time 7 h,16∶1 of n(methanol)to n(oil)),the yield of fatty acid methyl ester is 98.60%.
