摘要
基于AutoCAD和COMSOL软件,构建了钢丝绳的三维仿真模型,介绍了建模和仿真的全过程,基于AutoCAD绘制了钢丝绳三维模型,并导入到COMSOL软件中,构建了钢丝绳在单励磁形式下表面断丝的电磁仿真模型。绘制了钢丝绳断丝位置正上方不同距离值时漏磁磁感应强度大小,结果表明漏磁信号大小与距离钢丝绳断丝处距离呈负相关,仿真结果符合现有理论和研究结论。搭建了实物检测装置,得到了漏磁处的波形,对仿真和实际结果进行了对比分析,给出了误差原因。该成果可为钢丝绳损伤漏磁检测提供仿真模型和测试装置设计上的参考。
Based on AutoCAD and COMSOL software,a three-dimensional simulation model of steel wire rope is constructed,and the entire process of modeling and simulation is introduced in this paper.A three-dimensional model of steel wire rope is drawn by AutoCAD and imported into COMSOL.An electromagnetic simulation model of surface wire breakage of steel wire rope under single field excitation is constructed.The magnetic flux leakage induction intensity is plotted at different distances directly above the broken wire position of the steel wire rope.The results shows that the magnitude of the magnetic flux leakage signal is negatively correlated with the distance from the broken wire position of the steel wire rope.The simulation results are in line with existing theories and research conclusions.A physical detection device is built,and the waveform at the magnetic flux leakage point is obtained.The simulation results are compared with the detected data,and the reasons for the error are given.The results can provide simulation models and reference for the design of testing devices for magnetic flux leakage detection of steel wire rope defects.
