摘要
随着制造业的飞速发展,龙门机构因其可靠性好、重复性高,广泛应用于平面运动系统中。使用西门子S7-1511T控制器和V90伺服系统,构建一种基于龙门运动机构的测量系统。该系统在X轴方向上使用双电机驱动,以保证测量系统达到1丝的精度。
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,gantry machine is widely used in motion control system because of its good reliability and high repeatability.This paper uses Siemens S7-1511T controller and V90 servo controller to build a measuring system based on gantry moving mechanism.The gantry machine in this project is driven by double servo motors in the X axis to ensure the accuracy of 0.01 millimeter measurement system.
