摘要
气田井场地面管道工况较为复杂,常常会产生内腐蚀,主要的腐蚀机理包括CO_(2)腐蚀、H_(2)S腐蚀、细菌腐蚀和冲蚀。某气田井场地面管道失效,针对该失效案例开展腐蚀分析,明确失效的主要原因,并为后续运维及改造提供依据。采用超声波测厚、宏观观察、腐蚀产物分析、数值模拟计算等方法确定了管道的主要腐蚀类型为冲蚀。针对苛刻的服役环境,建议后续改造中管材采用22Cr双相不锈钢。
Due to complex working conditions,surface pipelines in gas field wellsites often experience internal corrosion.The main corrosion mechanisms include CO_(2) corrosion,H_(2)S corrosion,bacterial corrosion,and erosion.A corrosion analysis was conducted on the surface pipeline failure of a certain gas field well site to identify the main causes of the failure and provide a basis for subsequent operation,maintenance,and renovation.The main corrosion type of the pipeline was determined to be erosion using methods such as ultrasonic thickness measurement,macroscopic observation,corrosion product analysis,and numerical simulation calculation.In response to the harsh service environment,it was recommended to use 22Cr duplex stainless steel for the pipes in subsequent modifications.
