On the Discipline of Culture Law:Feature,System and Value

文化法学是中国特色社会主义法学学科体系中的新兴学科、交叉学科、基础学科与特色学科,其学科体系主要由两个部分组成,其一是文化法基础理论,其二是文化法基本制度。我国文化法学学科建设应当以习近平法治思想与习近平文化思想为基本遵循,其学科具有鲜明的政治性与主体性,需要始终遵循“实事求是”“独立思考”与“文明互鉴”的思想方法,基于文化自觉自立与自信,致力于中国文化的传承、保护、发展与“文化强国”建设。

The discipline of culture law is perceived as an emerging,interdisciplinary,basic,and featured discipline in the socialist legal discipline systems with Chinese characteristics.Generally,discipline of culture law system mainly consists of two parts,one is the basic theory of culture law and the other is the basic system of culture law.Therefore,the construction of the discipline of culture law should follow the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law and Xi Jinping thought on culture.In addition,we should always adopt the approaches of“seeking truth from facts”,“independent thinking”and“mutual learning of civilizations”.Moreover,we should be devoted to culture inheritance,culture protection,culture development as well as building a socialist powerful culture country,based on culture self-reliance and culture self-confidence.
