摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见疾病,指纤维环破裂后,髓核、纤维环及韧带向腰椎管突出,刺激或压迫神经根,引起患者腰、腿疼痛,病情反复,导致患者活动受限甚至残障,严重影响患者生活质量.而椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)是腰椎间盘突出症的主要原因,相比于腰椎间盘突出症,腰椎IDD更为常见.有大型队列研究显示腰椎IDD发生率男性为31.6%,女性高达44.7%[1].
