渤海油田区块整体调驱技术研究及应用

摘要 渤海K油田X砂体为3注4采井网,非均质性强,平面渗透率差异大,综合含水率90.8%,含水率上升速度快,注水开发效果逐年变差,因此,有必要开展区块整体稳油控水措施。针对三井同时作业和海上作业空间受限问题,采用了集成式在线调驱注入工艺缩减设备占地面积,开展了“初低黏缓凝凝胶”和“水基微球”的在线调驱体系研究与评价,并介绍了整体调驱设计方法。实验结果表明,在线调驱体系均具备良好的注入性、封堵性和提采能力。矿场应用表明,X砂体区块整体调驱见效良好,作业期间已累计增油9 599 m^(3),作业后区块整体仍保持良好受效态势,综合含水率下降8.0个百分点,日净增油50.42 m^(3),井组已持续见效长达11个月降水,增油效果明显。区块整体调驱技术及设计方法可为海上类似区块开展稳油控水措施提供借鉴。 The X sand body in Bohai K oilfield is a well pattern with three injection and four production,with strong heterogeneity and large difference in plane permeability.The comprehensive water cut is 90.8%,and the water cut increases rapidly.The effect of water injection development is getting worse year by year.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out measures to stabilize oil production and control water in the block.In order to solve the problem of simultaneous operation of three wells and limited space for offshore operation,an integrated on-line profile control and flooding injection process was adopted,and the on-line profile control and flooding system of"initial low viscosity retarded gel"and"water-based microspheres"was studied and evaluated,and the overall profile control and flooding design method was described.Experiments have shown that the on-line profile control and flooding systems have good injectivity,plugging ability and recovery ability.The field application shows that the overall profile control and flooding in X sand body block has achieved good results,with an accumulated oil increase of 9599 m^(3) during the operation period.After the operation,it still maintains a good effect.The comprehensive water cut of the block decreases by 8.0 percentage points and the daily oil production increases by 50.42 m^(3).The well group has been effective for 11 months and the overall precipitation and oil increase effect in the block is significant.The integrated profile control and flooding technology and design methods can provide reference for similar offshore blocks to carry out oil and water stabilization measures.
