摘要
文章主要阐述了LDC-200QH与某同类催化剂在中国石油庆阳石化催化裂化装置内的工业应用情况,在原料油性质保持不变和装置操作运行较为平稳的基础上,对两种催化剂在装置上使用情况进行对比分析。对比结果表明,在使用某同类催化剂时,汽油烯烃下降1~2(v/v),使用LDC-200QH催化剂后,汽油烯烃下降5~6(v/v),降烯烃效果显著。
The thesis mainly elaborates the industrial application of the catalyst LDC-200QH and a kind of similar catalyst in the catalytic cracking unit of Qingyang Petrochemical company.The application of the two catalysts in the unit was compared and analyzed on the basis of the unchanged properties of the raw oil and the relatively stable operation of the device.The result showed that the gasoline olefin decreased 1~2(v/v)when using a similar catalyst and the gasoline olefin decreased 5~6(v/v)when using LDC-200QH catalyst.The effect of reducing olefin is obvious.
