摘要
高炉喷吹煤粉系统是炼铁生产工艺流程的重要环节,高炉对喷煤生产过程的连续性、稳定性要求很高,这就要求喷吹煤粉系统具有较高的自动化控制水平。北营炼铁总厂两座大高炉喷吹煤粉系统经过改造,进一步提高了自动化控制水平,达到了均喷、匀喷、速率稳定、降低氮气消耗的目的。
The pulverized coal injection system in blast furnace is an important link of the iron-making production process.The continuity and stability of the coal injection production process in blast furnace are required to be high,which requires the pulverized injection coal injection system to have a high level of automatic control.The automatic control level of pulverized coal injection system of two large blast furnaces in General Iron-making Plant of Beiying Company has been further improved,and the purpose of uniform injection,stable rate and reduced nitrogen consumption have been achieved.
