Study on the Influence of Semi-steel Production Process on Dry Dust Removal System

通过对日照钢铁120t转炉干法除尘系统在半钢生产过程中出现问题的分析,结合实际生产状态,进行了工艺改进以及制定各项预防措施,解决了半钢生产条件下干法除尘系统除尘灰潮湿、电场运行波动大的问题,提高了生产效率。

By analyzing the problems of dry dust removal system of 120 t converter in semi-steel production process in Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co.,Ltd.,combined with the actual production status,the process improvement and the formulation of various preventive measures are carried out to solve the problems of wet dust-removing powder and large fluctuation of electric field operation in dry dust removal system under semi-steel production conditions,and production efficiency is improved.
