永磁调速器技术运用实践

摘要 助燃风机原设计直连联轴器传动,效率低,生产中风门调节困难易造成风机振动,调节迟缓浪费能源,现引进永磁调速技术,及时平稳调速,节约能源,风机运行稳定。 The combustion fan was driven by directly connecting the couplings in the past,which had some disadvantages,such as low efficiency,regulation delay and energy waste,it was easy to cause fan vibration to make damper adjustment during production.Now,the introduction of permanent magnet drive technology makes speed regulation timely and smooth,saves energy and makes the fan run stably.
