摘要
研究了在线式轧机空过工艺与传统工艺下,棒材的金相组织及力学性能。阐述了在线式轧机空过工艺的优化效果。研究结果表明:采用在线式轧机空过工艺对轧制的直条棒材性能几乎无影响。采用在线式轧机空过工艺,每月可节约生产时间1500min,提高月产量5000t。
In this paper,the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of bars under the dummy rolling process and traditional process of online rolling mill are studied.The optimization effect of the dummy process of the online rolling mill is expounded.The results show that the use of online rolling mill dummy process has almost no effect on the performance of rolled straight bars.The use of the online rolling mill dummy process can save 1500 min of production time per month and increase monthly output by 5000 t.
