行星架是采煤机的关键传动零部件,其铸件质量直接影响采煤机的运行品质。通过工艺性分析,进行结构局部优化,并制订合理的铸造工艺流程,进行关键工序控制,使采煤机行星架铸件的质量得到优化。
The planetary frame is a key transmission component of the coal mining machine,and its casting quality directly affects the operation quality of the coal mining machine.Through the process analysis,the local optimization of the structure,the formulation of a reasonable casting process,and the key process control,the quality of the planetary frame casting of the coal mining machine was optimized.
