离合器壳体工艺的改进

摘要 针对GZQC33离合器壳体在压铸生产过程中出现的烧伤、粘模缺陷和生产效率低等情况,进行原因分析,找出原压铸工艺存在的问题,并提出采用三维打印模具镶件的方案,对离合器壳体工艺进行改进。应用MAGMA软件对改进的工艺进行模拟仿真,并进行批量生产验证,离合器壳体的废品率由原压铸工艺的9.76%降低至改进工艺的0.89%,生产能力提高28%。 In response to the burn,mold sticking defect,and low production efficiency of the GZQC33 clutch shell during the die-casting production process,the cause was analyzed and the problems in the original die-casting process were identified.A scheme of 3D printing mold insert was proposed to improve the clutch shell process.The MAGMA software was applied to simulate the improved process,and the batch production was employed for verification.The reject rate of the clutch shell was reduced from 9.76%of the original die-casting process to 0.89%of the improved process,and the production capacity was increased by28%.
