摘要
对六面体铁制工装和T形铝制工装两种常用振动工装的架构进行模态分析,结合分析结果,基于T形铝制工装,对人机界面振动工装进行优化。通过加装铁板、改变开口尺寸、改变加装铁板厚度,进行模态分析,并进行振动测试验证。
The modal analysis of the structure of hexahedral iron tooling and T-shaped aluminum tooling was carried out.Combined with the analysis results,the human-machine interface vibration tooling was optimized based on T-shaped aluminum tooling.By installing iron plate,changing opening size,varying thickness of iron plate,the modal analysis was carried out,and the vibration test was carried out for verification.
