智能化焊缝缺陷检测系统的研究

摘要 通过对管道焊缝进行胶片数字化管理,结合人工智能视觉检测技术,构建智能化焊缝缺陷检测系统,实现焊缝缺陷的自动化检测。介绍了智能化焊缝缺陷检测系统的技术路线,分析了系统结构和功能。这一系统能够有效减小质检人员的工作量,提升检测效率与质量,并且能够缓解强光照射对质检人员眼部的伤害,避免人为因素造成误检。对质检结果与焊机运行数据进行关联数据分析,可以实现焊接质量的追踪管理,形成企业数据信息闭环,有效降低企业生产成本,提高设备运行效率。 Through the film digitization management of pipeline weld,combining with artificial intelligence visual detection technology,an intelligent weld defect detection system was constructed to realize the automatic detection of weld defect.The technical route of intelligent weld defect detection system was introduced,and the structure and function of the system were analyzed.This system can effectively reduce the workload of the quality inspection person,improve the detection efficiency and quality,and can alleviate the harm of bright light to eye during the quality inspection,and avoid misdiagnosis caused by human factor.Associated data analysis of quality inspection results and welding machine operation data can realize the tracking management of welding quality,forming a closed loop of enterprise data and information,effectively reducing enterprise production cost and improving the operation efficiency of the equipment.
