Study on the Joint Training System of Military Equipment Support Talents

科学构建部队装备保障人才军地联合培养体系,能够为我军部队装备保障人才军地联合培养模式创新以及新装备战斗力保障力的快速形成提供有力支撑。根据系统工程原理,运用系统分析方法,对部队装备保障人才军地联合培养体系的功能、环境、要素、结构和运行展开了系统分析,构建了基于PEST的部队装备保障人才军地联合培养体系环境分析模型和基于WSR(物理—事理—人理)的部队装备保障人才军地联合培养体系分析结构模型,对部队装备保障人才军地联合培养体系的运行模块进行了四个子模块的划分,科学界定了每一个子模块要实现的功能,为部队装备保障人才军地联合培养工作提供了理论方法支撑。

Scientific construction of military equipment support personnel joint training system can provide strong support for the innovation of military equipment support personnel joint training mode and the effective formation of new equipment support.According to the principle of system engineering,the function,environments,elements,structure and operation of the joint training system of military equipment support talents are systematically analyzed.The environmental analysis model of joint training system of equipment support talents system based on PEST is built,and the structure model of the system based on the WSR(Wuli-Shili-Renli)is proposed.Furthermore,the operation of joint training of military equipment support system is suggested to be divided into four sub-modules,and the function of which are scientifically defined.The study provides a theoretical frame and methodological approaches for the research of joint training of military equipment support talents.
