职业教育改革背景下本科院校二级学院治理研究

Research on the Governance of Secondary Colleges in the Context of Vocational Education Reform

职业教育改革背景下本科院校在招生、人才培养、教师管理三个方面取得了丰硕的成果,但是在内部治理上还存在对学院治理体系有所偏差、学院内部行政泛化等问题。因此,职业本科院校在学院治理的经验和教训的基础上,探索出适合学院的治理路径,明确学院治理的关键是赋予学院主体地位,理顺学院权责关系,加强学院民主治理,完善监督机制,优化党委领导、民主监督的学院治理体系,进而提高学院治理的能力和水平。

Under the background of vocational education reform,the universities have made great achievements in three aspects:enrollment,talent training and teacher management,however,there are still some problems in the internal governance,such as the deviation of the college governance system and the generalization of the college administration.Therefore,on the basis of the experiences and lessons of college governance,the paper explore the appropriate governance path for colleges.The key of college governance is to endow the college with the main body status and to sort out the relationship between authority and responsibility of colleges,strengthen the democratic governance of the college,improve the supervision mechanism,optimize the party committee leadership,democratic supervision of the college governance system,so as to improve the ability and level of the college governance.
