基于应用型人才培养的财务管理专业教学改革探究

Research on Teaching Reform of Financial Management Specialty Based on Application-Oriented Talent Training

财务管理是一门应用型学科,本专业与社会经济发展具有紧密联系,主要为社会培养具有财务管理能力的高级应用型人才。近年来,随着我国财务管理专业的教学改革,财务管理专业学科建设取得了一定成果,目前已经形成了较为完善的教学体系和教学模式,但是与其他学科相比,财务管理专业的应用型人才培养仍旧存在一些问题,不利于提高本专业人才培养质量,影响了专业人才输出。以培养应用型人才为主要目的,基于财务管理专业应用型人才培养分析教学改革的必要性,就当前财务管理专业教学中存在的问题制定科学的应对策略,提高财务管理专业人才培养质量,加强应用型人才输出。

Financial management is an applied discipline,which is closely related to social and economic development.It mainly cultivates senior applied talents with financial management ability for society.In recent years,along with teaching reform financial management professional,the construction of financial management specialized subject has obtained certain achievements.Now it has now formed a relatively perfect teaching system and teaching mode.However,compared with other disciplines,the application-oriented talent training of financial management still has some problems.It is not conducive to improving the quality of talent training or talent output.This paper aims to train applied talents,analyzes the necessity of teaching reform based on application-oriented talent training of financial management,formulates scientific coping strategies for the problems existing in the current teaching of financial management,improves the quality of financial management professional talents training,and strengthens the output of applied talents.
