基于OBE理念口腔正畸临床教学的探索研究

摘要 依据教育部口腔正畸专业型硕士研究生的培养目标和《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准》的教学要求,将OBE理念设计到正畸专业型硕士研究生的多项临床教学活动中,坚持以学生为中心、以学习产出为导向、以学生的学习成果为最终效果评价,采用师生互动、分阶段讨论和多学科联合应用的教学形式,在传统教学的基础上,对教学资源、授课方式、考核评价等教学内容进行改革,以期提高专业研究生的正畸理论知识、基本操作技能、职业素养和岗位胜任力等临床综合素质,培养质量水平较高的正畸专科医生。 According to the training objectives of orthodontic professional master and the teaching requirements of the Content and Standards of Residency Standardized Training,the advanced OBE education concept is designed into the clinical teaching activities of professional orthodontic master’s students,insisting on student-centered,learning-output-oriented,and students’learning results as the final effect evaluation,adopting the teaching form of teacher-student interaction,phased discussion and multi-disciplinary joint application,and adding teaching resources,teaching methods,evaluation and other teaching content reform on the basis of traditional teaching.The purpose is to improve the professional postgraduates’orthodontic theoretical knowledge,basic operating skills,professional quality and job competency,and cultivate orthodontic specialists with excellent quality.
