随着我国高等院校毕业生人数不断攀升,大学生就业形势不容乐观,需求与供给侧矛盾越来越突出,大学生职业发展价值选择多元化,这已引起党中央和社会各界人士的广泛关注。新时代解决好高校毕业生就业问题,就是要牢固树立人才强国战略,优先发展就业,将高校毕业生就业育人价值塑造贯穿到人才培养全过程,利用好高校自身人才、产业化、校友等优势资源,构建学生职业发展全过程价值塑造体系和精准布局体系,为各领域持续输送德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。

As the number of college graduates in China continues to surge,the employment situation is unoptimistic.The contradiction between the demand and supply side of the domestic market becomes more and more prominent,and the value choices for the career development of college students are diversified.This has aroused extensive concern from the CPC Central Committee and all sectors of the community.To solve the employment problem of college graduates,it is necessary to firmly establish the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.We must give high priority to employment and give full play to the role of employment and education to shape the values of college graduates throughout the process of talent training.Furthermore,advantageous resources including college talents,industrialization of education and alumni should be utilized.The value shaping system for the process of student career development and an accurate layout system will be constructed,which will continue to provide talents with all-around development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor for various social fields.
