Enterprise decision-making needs to consider the development level,economic situation,and market changes of the enterprise,among which economic operation analysis is an important part of enterprise decision-making and the main means to ensure scientific decision-making.Economic operation analysis can evaluate and summarize the economic situation of enterprises,point out the development characteristics and economic operation laws of enterprises,and help promote the transmission,organization,and improvement of enterprise data.Economic operation analysis can enable enterprises to make scientific and reasonable analysis of market development laws and their own development characteristics,enabling them to effectively respond to the development situation of the market economy.This study focuses on analyzing the importance of economic operation analysis in enterprise decision-making,pointing out the problems that exist in the process of enterprise economic operation analysis,and proposing measures for reasonable economic operation analysis in enterprise decision-making,which provide a foundation for enterprise development.
