With the continuous progress of global economic integration and information technology,enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure.In this context,the informationization of comprehensive budget management in enterprises has become an inevitable choice for enterprise reform,innovation,and improvement of competitiveness.This article will explore the role,existing problems,and response strategies of enterprise comprehensive budget management informatization from three aspects.Firstly,this article will elaborate on the important role of comprehensive budget management informatization in enterprises,including improving the efficiency and quality of budget management,as well as achieving the organic combination of budget goals and enterprise development strategies.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the informatization construction of comprehensive budget management in enterprises,mainly including insufficient awareness of the informatization construction of comprehensive budget management and the lack of effective regulatory mechanisms.Finally,in response to the above i ssues,t he pa per pro poses re sponse st rategies f or t he i nformationization c onstruction o f c omprehensive budg et ma nagement in enterprises,including strengthening the understanding and taking seriously of comprehensive budget informationization management in enterprises,establishing and improving budget supervision mechanisms,and using appropriate comprehensive budget management software.This article aims to explore the path of comprehensive budget management informatization construction in enterprises,analyze the current problems in enterprise budget management informatization,and propose corresponding response strategies,in order to contribute to the realization of comprehensive budget management informatization in enterprises.
