关于鞋底发泡材料耐磨性能的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 对鞋底发泡材料耐磨性的大小进行研究。试验对象选用了常见鞋底发泡材料EVA、橡胶发泡、TPR发泡和PU发泡材料,分别采用了国标耐磨法、DIN耐磨法和NBS耐磨法来测试不同发泡材料之间耐磨性能的差异。试验表明,采用国标耐磨法、DIN耐磨法和NBS耐磨法3种方法初步得出其耐磨性大小为:橡胶发泡>PU发泡>TPR>EVA,4种发泡材料中橡胶发泡材料耐磨性较好。 This paper studied the wear resistance of foamed sole materials. EVA, rubber, TPR and PU foaming materials were selected as the experimental objects, and the national standard wear-resistant method, DIN wear-resistant method and NBS wear-resistant method were used to test the differences of wear-resistant properties of different foaming materials. The results show that the wear resistance of NBS, DIN and national standard is rubber foaming > PU foaming > TPR > EVA. Among the four kinds of foam materials, the rubber foam materials have relatively good wear resistance.
