专业步伐训练中乒乓球鞋对踝关节的运动生物力学影响

摘要 作为常见球类运动项目,乒乓球在我国有着广泛的群众基础,能够锻炼人体协调性、运动速度,提升人的心理素质。乒乓球上手容易,但想要达到竞技水平,则对身体协调性、训练技巧有着较高的要求。乒乓球运动员训练及比赛中常作急停、半蹲、移动及转体等动作,增加了膝踝关节负荷。一双具有防滑、减震性能的乒乓球运动鞋能够为足部起到支撑与保护作用。本文对比了专业乒乓球鞋与普通鞋对踝关节运动生物力学的影响。结果显示,在180°跨步训练下,专业乒乓球鞋的屈曲角度、内收/外展角度、旋内/旋外角度高于普通鞋,最大屈曲角度、最大内收角度及最大旋外角度低于普通鞋子,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究表明,专业乒乓球鞋可改善专业步伐训练中踝关节运动生物力学指标,降低运动损伤风险。 As a common ball game,table tennis has a broad public base in China,which can exercise human coordination,exercise speed,and improve people's psychological quality.Table tennis is easy to get started,but to achieve competitive level,there are high requirements for physical coordination and training skills.Table tennis players often perform sudden stops,squats,movements,and turns during training and competition,which increases the load on the knee and ankle joints.A pair of table tennis shoes with anti slip and shock absorption performance can provide support and protection for the feet.This article compared the effects of professional table tennis shoes and regular shoes on the biomechanics of ankle joint movement.The results show that under 180°stride training,the flexion angle,adduction/abduction angle,and pronation/pronation angle of professional table tennis shoes were higher than those of regular shoes,the maximum flexion angle,maximum adduction angle,and maximum lateral rotation angle are lower than those of regular shoes,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Research shows that professional table tennis shoes can improve the biomechanical indicators of ankle joint movement in professional step training and reduce the risk of sports injury.
