摘要
刮板输送机直线度控制效果会直接影响采煤机割煤及刮板输送机运煤效果。为将刮板输送机直线度控制在允许范围内,提出采用模糊自适应PID控制方式实现直线度调节控制。模拟分析及试验均表明,采用的直线度控制方式可较好地对刮板输送机中部槽进行调整,取得较好的调直效果,避免刮板输送机直线度偏差过大对煤炭生产造成影响。
The straightness control effect of scraper conveyor directly affects the effect of coal mining machine cutting coal and scraper conveyor transporting coal.In order to control the straightness of scraper conveyor within the permissible range,it is proposed to use fuzzy adaptive PID control to achieve straightness regulation control.Simulation analysis and test show that the adopted straightness control method can adjust the middle groove of scraper conveyor,achieve better straightening effect,and avoid the impact of too large deviation of straightness of scraper conveyor on coal production.
