不同工况下锚杆支护过程力学性能实验分析

摘要 针对不同工况下锚杆的力学性能进行实验分析,分别采用拉伸载荷和拉伸剪切载荷作用模拟锚杆的不同工况,并对不同预拉伸作用下的性能进行分析。结果表明,在拉伸载荷作用下,锚杆经过弹塑性变形的阶段达到破坏,其载荷作用不断增加;在拉伸剪切作用下,锚杆的剪切载荷和轴向载荷均受到钻孔的影响作用,对于锚杆施工中的钻孔及锚固具有较高的要求;锚杆的预拉伸作用不同,对锚杆的性能也具有重要的影响。 Experimental analysis of the mechanical properties of anchor rods under different working conditions was carried out,using tensile load and tensile shear load to simulate different working conditions of anchor rods and analysing the properties under different pre-tensioning effects.The results show that under tensile load,the anchor rod reaches destruction after the stage of elastic-plastic deformation,and its load effect is increasing;under tensile shear load,the shear load and axial load of the anchor rod are affected by the influence of drilling,which has a higher requirement for driling and anchoring in the construction of the anchor rod;the different pre-stretching ffect of the anchor rod also has an important efect on the performance of the anchor rod.
