水下航行器圆柱形耐压舱体结构稳定性计算

摘要 针对铝合金、钛合金等材料的水下航行器耐压圆柱形舱体稳定性的定义、失稳的形式及其具体表现形式等方面进行了介绍。重点对水下航行器外压圆柱形舱体总体失稳、肋间壳板局部失稳和中间支骨失稳等稳定性计算和校核进行了详细论述。对影响外压圆柱形舱体失稳临界压力的几何尺寸、材料性能、舱体圆度和材料不均匀等因素进行了阐述。 The definition of the stability of pressure-resistant cylindrical hulls of underwater vehicles made of aluminium alloys,titanium alloys and other materials,the forms of instability and their specific manifestations are introduced.It focuses on the stability calculation and checking of the overall instability of the pressurised cylindrical hull of the underwater vehicle,the local instability of the intercostal shell plate and the instability of the intermediate support bone.Factors such as geometry,material properties,hull roundness and material inhomogeneity affecting the critical pressure for the instability of the externally pressurised cylindrical hull are elaborated.
