超低温微量润滑环境下切削参数对刀具寿命的影响研究

摘要 为优化超高强度钢材料加工切削参数,降低刀具损耗,提升刀具寿命,提出了超低温微量润滑环境下切削参数对刀具寿命的影响研究,通过控制变量法,改变给进量和切深等切削参数,分析每齿给进量和切深分别对刀具寿命的影响。实验表明:刀具寿命和每齿给进量之间的相关系数值为-0.565,刀具寿命和每齿给进量之间无相关关系;刀具寿命和切深之间的相关系数值为-0.815,并呈现出0.05水平的显著性,表明通过减少切深的数值,可以提升刀具寿命。 In order to optimise the cutting parameters for machining ultra-high-strength steel materials,reduce tool loss and improve tool life.Proposed a study of the impact of cutting parameters on tool life in the ultra-low temperature micro-lubrication ultra-environment,through the control variable method,change the cutting parameters such as feed and depth of cut,to analyse the impact of feed and depth of cut per tooth on tool life respectively.The experiments show that:the correlation coefficient value between tool life and feed per tooth is-0.565,and there is no correlation between tool life and feed per tooth;the correlation coefficient value between tool life and depth of cut is-0.815,and presents a significance at the 0.05 level,which indicates that tool life can be improved by reducing the value of depth of cut.
