介绍了一种基于雷达的长壁煤矿机械定位自动化系统。该系统基于雷达测距传感器,旨在根据矿井隧道闸门道路基础设施定位采矿设备,并在一个煤矿井下进行了开发和试验。探讨几种概率数据处理技术,以便从单个雷达信号中估计出与闸门道路结构有关的两个关键定位参数,即沿轨位置和跨轨位置。在3D交互式显示器中探索了一种新的视觉分析方法,以方便识别用于分类器算法的重要特征。基于分类器的输出,识别出的元素被用作定位路径点,以提供稳健和准确的采矿设备定位估计。
This paper introduces a radar-based automation system for machine positioning in longwall coal mines.The system,based on radar ranging sensors,is designed to locate mining equipment based on the mine tunnel gate road infrastructure,and has been developed and tested in a coal mine shaft.Several probabilistic data processing techniques are explored in order to estimate from a single radar signal two key positioning parameters related to the gate road structure,i.e.along-track position and across-track position.A new visual analysis method is explored in a 3D interactive display to facilitate the identification of important features for use in a classifier algorithm.Based on the output of the classifier,the identified elements are used as positioning path points to provide robust and accurate estimates of mining equipment positioning.
