机械爬楼装置的传动方式和原理分析

摘要 轨道式机械爬楼装置是根据实际情况把轨道安装在楼梯上,机械爬楼装置的工作方式是装置在驱动装置的作用下,沿着轨道向上或向下运动。根据楼梯的走向不同,轨道有直轨和弯轨之分,以适应不同走向的楼梯。直轨轨道一般采用圆型和凹槽型轨道,弯轨轨道一般采用工字钢型和帆板型轨道。装置在直轨或弯轨上运动的平稳性不相同,轨道的截面导致传动装置的传动方式多种多样,所以选择合适的轨道类型才能选择传动方式,不同的传动方式机械原理也不相同。通过对直轨和弯轨的爬楼装置的传动方式和原理进行分析和研究。 The track-type mechanical stair climbing device is to install the track on the stairs according to the actual situation,and the working mode of the mechanical stair climbing device is that the device moves upward or downward along the track under the action of the driving device.According to the different direction of the stairs,the track has straight and curved rail to adapt to the different direction of the stairs.Straight rails are generally round and grooved rails,and curved rails are generally I-beam and sail type rails.The smoothness of movement of the device on the straight or curved rail is not the same,the cross-section of the track leads to a variety of transmission mode of the transmission device,so choose the appropriate type of track to choose the transmission mode,different transmission mode mechanical principle is not the same.In this paper,we will analyse and study the transmission methods and principles of straight and curved rails of the climbing device.
