高效金属加工液加热搅拌反应釜的设计

摘要 设计的高效金属加工液加热搅拌反应釜具有机体、电机、搅拌装置、金属柱、第一锥齿轮、连接棒、扇叶以及第二锥齿轮等结构。采用电机带动金属管旋转,金属管在转动的同时带动扇叶绕着连接棒进行旋转,对反应釜内部的金属加工液进行搅拌,采用电热丝铺设在内胆上,并在内胆和隔热层之间填充导热油,导热油对金属加工液进行加热。测试结果表明,所设计的高效反应釜内部金属加工液最大相差温度为4.6℃,内部金属加工液不同部位的运动黏度最大差值为2.1 mm/s^(2),加热和搅拌的均匀性明显优于普通的反应釜。 The designed high-efficiency metalworking fluid heating and stirring reactor has the structure of body,motor,stirring device,metal column,first bevel gear,connecting rod,fan blade and second bevel gear.The motor is used to drive the metal tube to rotate,and the metal tube rotates while driving the fan blade to rotate around the connecting rod to stir the metalworking fluid inside the reactor,and the electric heating wire is used to lay on the inner liner,and fll the filling of heat-conducting oil between the inner liner and the heat-insulating layer,and the heat-conducting oil is used to heat the metalworking fluid.The test results show that the maximum difference in temperature of metalworking fluid inside the designed highefficiency reactor is 4.6℃,the maximum diference in kinematic viscosity of diferent parts of the intenal metalworking fluid is 2.1mm/s^(2),and the uniformity of heating and stiring is obviously beter than that of the common reactor.
