摘要
基于8503工作面回采期间运输顺槽粉尘浓度大、能见度低,采用传统喷雾洒水装置降尘效果差且造成巷道内积水量大等问题,焦煤矿通过技术研究,根据原除尘装置主要存在的问题,通过优化后对顺槽内安装了一套集自动泡沫抑尘、全断面捕尘为一体的综合除尘系统。通过实际应用效果来看,8503运输顺槽除尘系统优化后,大大提高了顺槽降尘效果,取得显著应用成效。
Based on the problems of high dust concentration and low visibility in the transport tunnel during the mining of 8503 working face,and the poor effect of the traditional spraying and sprinkling device in reducing dust and the high accumulation of water in the tunnel,Jiao Coal Mine,through a technical study and based on the main problems of the original dust removal device,installed a set of comprehensive dust removal system based on the integration of automatic foam dust suppression and full cross-section dust capturing in the tunnel through the optimisation process.Through the actual application effect,after the optimisation of the dust removal system of 8503 transporting down the trough,the dust reduction effect of the trough has been greatly improved,and significant application results have been achieved.
