一种驱动桥轮边减速器设计

摘要 轮边减速器是汽车传动系统中最后的减速增矩装置,其工作原理是降低主减速器传递的速度和扭矩,然后传递给车轮,使车轮在地面附着力的反作用下产生更大的驱动力,从而减小轮边减速器前部的应力。基于此,提供了一种具有新型行星轮轴结构轮边减速器设计,具有密封可靠、维修方便、轻量化、使用寿命长等优势,以期此研究为相关行业提供参考。 The wheelside reducer is the last deceleration and torque-increasing device in the automobile transmission system,and its working principle is to reduce the speed and torque transmitted by the main reducer,and then transmit them to the wheels,so that the wheels can generate a greater driving force under the reaction of the ground adhesion,thus reducing the stress in the front part of the wheelside reducer.Based on this,a design of wheelside reducer with a new planetary wheel axle structure is provided,which has the advantages of reliable sealing,easy maintenance,light weight and long service life,with a view to this study providing reference for the related industries.
