以西山煤电集团西曲矿18406回风顺槽为研究对象,设计了掘进机二运转载带式输送机机尾自动转载连接装置并进行了工业性试验。其实现了掘进机大角度拐弯开口掘进机刮板输送机与二运转载带式输送机的顺利煤流转载,实现了掘进机大角度拐弯开口截割、矿装、运输、转载的同步工作,经济效益显著。
